Rassegna trimestrale n. XVI-1 | Gennaio 2025
Il numero di gennaio 2025 della Rassegna trimestrale raccoglie contributi che approfondiscono sia l'evoluzione delle teorie legate alla qualità della regolazione, sia le più recenti evoluzioni intervenute in Italia e in Europa.
I primi due contributi indagano la governance dei regolatori e i rapporti tra i soggetti che si occupano di regolazione e la regolazione giuridica dell'intelligenza artificiale.
A seguire, si approfondiscono tre diverse novità: la Valutazione di Impatto Generazionale delle leggi introdotta nel disegno di legge sulla semplificazione normativa; i contenuti delle relazioni annuali delle Autorità indipendenti al Parlamento di interesse per la qualità della regolazione; la riaffermazione del tema della better regulation nel nuovo ciclo politico della Commissione Von der Leyen.
