Il Rapporto sulla legislazione tra Stato, Regioni e Unione europea 2022-2023

Abstract (EN) | The Report on legislation between the State, Regions and the European Union, released for the first time in 1998, traces on an (almost) annual basis the trends in regulatory production at the European Union, state and regional level and in a comparative perspective, with attention to France, Germany, United Kingdom and Spain. The 2022-2023 Report is presented here.

Abstract (IT) | Il Rapporto sulla legislazione tra Stato, Regioni e Unione europea, uscito per la prima volta nel 1998, traccia con cadenza (quasi) annuale le tendenze della produzione normativa a livello di Unione europea, statale e regionale e in prospettiva comparata, con attenzione a Francia, Germania, Regno Unito e Spagna. Viene qui presentato il Rapporto 2022-2023.
