Cosa può insegnarci l’OCSE in tema di regolazione agile e autonoma?

Abstract (EN) | The OECD has published the report «Equipping Agile and Autonomous Regulators», which studies the negative impact of restrictions on the provision and management of human and financial resources on the autonomy, agility, transparency, and accountability of economic regulators. The report defines some fundamental principles to improve regulation and effectively support the epochal changes brought by the fourth industrial revolution.

Abstract (IT) | L’OCSE ha pubblicato il rapporto «Equipping Agile and Autonomous Regulators», studio che definisce l’incidenza negativa delle restrizioni al conferimento e alla gestione delle risorse umane e finanziarie su autonomia, agilità, trasparenza e accountability dei regolatori economici. Il rapporto contribuisce a tracciare alcune linee fondamentali per migliorare la regolazione e sostenere efficacemente i cambiamenti epocali causati dalla quarta rivoluzione industriale.
