Abstract (EN) | The contribution builds on the contents of the latest OECD’s Regulatory Policy Outlook 2021 to present its main findings and underpin the discussion on the present and future of better regulation. In particular, the paper emphasises the lessons learned from the pandemic to foster more agile and future-proof regulatory systems.

Abstract (IT) | Il contributo si basa sui contenuti dell’ultimo Regulatory Policy Outlook 2021 dell’OCSE per presentarne i principali risultati e sostenere la discussione sul presente e sul futuro della migliore regolamentazione. In particolare, il documento mette in evidenza le lezioni apprese dalla pandemia per promuovere sistemi più agili e a prova di futuro.
