Intelligenza Artificiale Generativa e Amministrazioni Pubbliche

Abstract (EN) | The article addresses the issue of the constraints that AAPPs face in adapting to innovations related to Generative Artificial Intelligence. It is emphasised that certain structural characteristics of AAPPs (rigidity in the management of personnel and associated skills), will require greater attention to recruitment (which will have to focus on IAG-specific skills) and continuous training, which will have the arduous task of defending hundreds of thousands of employees from the obsolescence of their professional assets.

Abstract (IT) | L’articolo affronta il tema dei vincoli che le AAPP evidenziano nell’adattarsi alle innovazioni legate all’Intelligenza Artificiale Generativa. Si sottolinea come alcune caratteristiche strutturali delle AAPP (rigidità nella gestione del personale e delle skills ad esso associate), imporranno una maggiore attenzione al reclutamento (che dovrà concentrarsi sulle competenze specifiche dell’IAG) e alla formazione continua cui spetterà l’arduo compito di difendere centinaia di migliaia di dipendenti dall’obsolescenza del proprio patrimonio professionale.
