Numero XIII-4 - Le pratiche di better regulation a livello europeo: il quadro del Better Regulation Practices across the European Union 2022 tra presente e futuro

Abstract EN - The second edition of the Better Regulation Practices across the European Union edited by OECD follows up the first one published in 2019. The report assesses the commitment by the European institutions and the EU Member States to pursue the effective use of better regulation tools, showing limits and the best practices by European countries. The report also gives some advice to reach further improvements and to ensure that regulations keep pace with change. Abstract IT - La seconda edizione del Better Regulation Practices across the European Union dell’OCSE segue quella già realizzata nel 2019. Il report analizza l’impegno delle istituzioni europee e degli Stati membri nel garantire l’effettivo ricorso agli strumenti di better regulation, evidenziando i limiti e le esperienze più virtuose. Oltre all’analisi il report contiene dei suggerimenti per ulteriori miglioramenti, utili a garantire che gli interventi di regolazione tengano il passo dei cambiamenti.
