Le nuove indicazioni OCSE in tema di qualità della regolazione: i best practice principles sulla valutazione ex post

Abstract - The “OECD Best Practice Principles for Regulatory Policy, Reviewing the Stock of Regulation” is the latest in a series of reports produced under the auspices of the OECD Regulatory Policy Committee, aiming to provide policymakers and civil servants with a practical instrument to better design and operationalise national ex-post evaluation systems. Special attention is paid to the governance of ex-post evaluation systems. This is a key aspect as indeed resistance by politicians and bureaucrats to review on the existing regulations is even stronger than resistance to the assessment of new regulation proposals.
