Le autorità ai tempi del Coronavirus: il caso della CONSOB e dell’IVASS

Abstract (EN) - The measures taken by CONSOB and IVASS during the emergency period have mostly assumed a quasi-regulatory nature, in line with the choices directly adopted by the European network of ESAs in which the national authorities are included. This has made it possible to provide to the operators and consumers-savers rapid and flexible responses to the needs imposed by the pandemic and to guarantee the operational continuity of the markets. Abstract (IT) - Le misure disposte da CONSOB e IVASS nel periodo emergenziale hanno assunto per lo più natura quasi-normativa, in linea con le scelte direttamente adottate dal network europeo delle ESAs in cui le autorità nazionali sono inserite. Ciò ha consentito di fornire agli operatori e ai consumatori-risparmiatori risposte rapide e flessibili rispetto alle esigenze imposte dalla pandemia e garantire la continuità operativa dei mercati.
