La regolazione dell’IA tra punti fermi e vuoti da colmare: qualche riflessione a partire dal rapporto di IA Watch 2021

Abstract (EN) - The publication of the technical report of IA Watch 2021 contains new policy proposals for the European Union on the development, deployment and use of AI in the public sector. The paper offers the opportunity to systematize the debate on the regulation of AI systems at the international level,pointing out the fixed points and the still open issues. Abstract (IT) - La pubblicazione del technical report di IA Watch 2021 contiene nuove proposte di policy per l’Unione europea sullo sviluppo, sulla diffusione e sull’utilizzo dell’IA nel settore pubblico. Il documento fornisce l’occasione per sistematizzare il dibattito sulla regolazione dei sistemi di IA a livello internazionale, segnalandone i punti fermi e le questioni ancora aperte.
