Abstract - The paper presents the annual report finalized by the Regulatory Scrutiny Board of the European Commission. The Board, set up in 2015, has the mandate to examine and issue opinions on draft impact assessment and evaluation; it provides the Commission departments with specific feedback on the quality of their regulatory analysis.
