IAL Annual Conference: analisi della crisi di fiducia nella legge e nella regolazione

Abstract - Today our society is living a time of severe crisis of confidence in legislation and in regulation, and this issue must be tackled at its root. From parliaments’ (ir)responsibility to the conflicted role of regulatory enforcement, there are many factors which have determined such alarming situation. IAL Annual Conference was an important opportunity for discussion on the causes and the remedies of the little confidence placed in legislation and in regulation.
